It is only fair to congratulate the team at DM Properties – Knight Frank, led by Pia Arrieta, for the quality of their educational publications. In their recent article ‘Marbella and its Urban Planning’, they review the urban planning situation of the municipality of Marbella, including the processing of its new planning instruments (PGOM and POU), making a technical and complex subject attractive and accessible, even for professionals in the sector.
