New Increase of the tax rate of The Documented Legals Acts Tax.

On 23rd June came into force the Decree-Law 1/2012 from the regional government, Junta de Andalucía, dated 19th June, Law of Tax, Administrative and Labour measures for the economical-financial rebalancing of the Junta de Andalucia (Medidas Fiscales, Administrativas, Laborales y en materia de Hacienda Pública para el reequilibrio económico-financiero de la Junta de Andalucía) published on the Boletín Oficial de la Junta de Andalucía [Official Gazette of Andalusia] on 22nd June 2012.

By this Decree-Law, the Tax on Documented Legal Acts (Impuesto sobre Actos Jurídicos Documentados) is increased (for the second time this year), currently, since January 2012, that was modified, at the rate of 1,2%, increasing now up to 1.5%.
