Adaptation of the General Urban Plan of Marbella to the Law of Urban Planning of Andalusiaa

We kindly inform you that in execution of the agreement of the Plenary Session of the Town Hall of the 28th of April of 2017, today, 18th of September of 2018,  there has been published an Edict in the Official Gazette of the Province, announcing that the document of “Adaptación a la Ley de Ordenación Urbanística de Andalucía del Plan General de Ordenación Urbanística de Marbella” (Adaptation of the General Plan of Urban Planning of Marbella to the Law of Urban Planning  of Andalusia) is submitted to public information for a two months period.

Please kindly note that the file will be at the disposal of any person that may want to examine it and to give the allegations that may consider convenient during such period.
