PEREZ DE VARGAS ABOGADOS, International Department, flew to London on May 5th and 6th, 2016 as guests of NVOGA MARBELLA REALTY for the new ICON development presentation in Santa Clara Golf in Marbella at the London SoHo Hotel with CLUTTONS.
The event was a success, and the presentations offered clients information regarding the ICON development through NVOGA MARBELLA REALTY and all the legal aspects involved in the purchase, the urbanistic situation and overall details on the Spanish property market.
Mark Farber, the developer for ICON from URBANIA International introduced the innovative concept behind the ICON project and conversed with us all during the cocktail held after the presentation on specific aspects inherent to the product and offered assistance to potential clients through the estate agent in Marbella, NVOGA MARBELLA REALTY and Perez de Vargas Abogados for legal counsel.
Our visit to Olympia Property Exhibition proved to be very interest indeed! Clearly the British market is moving and that there is interest in investing in Spain. The principal motivation for potential buyers is the legal security and sound knowledge of the tax and legal protocol to be followed for purchasing in Spain.
