This includes advice, assistance and preparation of documentation before the corresponding immigration authorities:<\/p><ul><li>Golden Visa (residence card for foreign investors).<\/li><li>Non-profit residence cards.<\/li><li>Residence certificate for EU citizens.<\/li><li>Residence card for UK nationals.<\/li><\/ul><p>In addition to this, we advise on any incidental issues arising from the processing and all the consequent steps after obtaining residence in Spain, in the client&#8217;s language, as we have a multilingual team of professionals.<\/p><h2>Golden Visa<\/h2><p>The Golden Visa (Visado Inversor) is an authorisation to obtain residence in Spain for foreigners from outside the EU. That is, they do not belong to the European Union, European Economic Area or Switzerland.<\/p><p>Once obtained, these persons can reside and work in Spain together with their family, after demonstrating that a significant capital investment has been made in the country and that all the requirements set out in the Spanish legal system have been met.<\/p><p>The programme has been in operation since 2013 and has become very popular in recent years due to its speed and simplicity. There are three types of Golden Visa in Spain:<\/p><p>1. Investment in financial assets: Of different types and involves amounts of between 1 and 2 million euros.<br \/>2. Investment in real estate: Minimum of 500,000 euros.<br \/>3. Investment in a business project in Spain: There is no minimum amount, but its impact on the general interest and\/or innovation is assessed.<\/p><h2>Registration Certificate<\/h2><p>The Registration Certificate is a document that is granted to those foreigners who cannot be documented by the authorities of any country and who wish to be documented in Spain after having resolved their registration in the Central Register of Foreigners.<\/p><p>If a person is in Spain on any type of visa, the visa expires before they return and their country of origin does not have a consulate in Spain, they can avoid remaining undocumented by applying for a C\u00e9dula de Inscripci\u00f3n, as long as they meet the conditions required by the current Ley de Extranjer\u00eda (Law on Foreigners).<\/p><h2>Social, family and work roots<\/h2><p>Arraigo is a type of procedure by means of which any non-European who has been living in Spain for some time can regularise their illegal situation and obtain residence in our country. In this way, and on an exceptional basis, these people can live in Spanish territory legally for one year, with the possibility of renewal in order to obtain a regular residence permit.<\/p><p>The different situations may be:<\/p><p>1. Residing in Spain for at least two years and being able to prove that they have been working for 6 months or more.<br \/>2. Social roots. Residing in Spain for at least three years, with a work contract and family ties with other foreign residents or a social integration report.<br \/>3. Family roots. Being the child of an original Spanish father or mother or being the father or mother of a minor of Spanish nationality.<\/p><h3>Family Reunification<\/h3><p>Family reunification is an immigration procedure whereby any non-European person with a residence permit in Spain or who is staying as a student can reunite certain members of their family with them, granting them a residence and work permit.<\/p><p>There are several different types of family reunification depending on the personal circumstances of the applicant.<\/p><h3>Union Citizen Registration Certificate<\/h3><p>The Union Citizen Registration Certificate is a document that certifies the registration in the Central Register of Foreigners of citizens of the European Union or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or of the Swiss Confederation, who are going to reside in Spain for a period of more than three months. One of the following requirements must be met:<\/p><ul><li>Be an employed person in Spain<\/li><li>Be a self-employed person in Spain<\/li><li>Have sufficient resources to support themselves financially during their period of residence in Spain. You must also provide public or private health insurance.<\/li><\/ul><h4>Long-term residence<\/h4><p>The Residencia de larga duraci\u00f3n is an immigration procedure that allows you to live and work in Spain indefinitely. It ensures that those who have it can live and work under the same conditions as Spaniards, and indefinitely.<\/p><p>It is an indispensable requirement to have resided in Spain for at least five years continuously.
