On 21 September, Decree-Law 7\/2022<\/strong><\/span><\/a> was published, approved by the Andalusian Governing Council on 20 September, which approves a 100% rebate of the resulting tax liability. This means a de facto elimination of the Wealth Tax in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia which comes into force in the current financial year, so that next year they will not have to pay Wealth Tax. The measure will undoubtedly encourage real estate investment in Andalusia.<\/p>\n
