It is only fair to congratulate the team at DM Properties – Knight Frank, led by Pia Arrieta, for the quality of their educational publications. In their recent article \u2018Marbella and its Urban Planning\u2019, they review the urban planning situation of the municipality of Marbella, including the processing of its new planning instruments (PGOM and POU), making a technical and complex subject attractive and accessible, even for professionals in the sector. For our part, it is a pleasure to be able to collaborate in the publication, contributing the legal analysis of our colleague Javier P\u00e9rez de Vargas Ruedas.<\/p>\n
