{"id":2942,"date":"2020-03-16T07:25:34","date_gmt":"2020-03-16T07:25:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/perezdevargas.es\/?p=2942"},"modified":"2020-06-22T12:57:54","modified_gmt":"2020-06-22T12:57:54","slug":"comunicado-informativo-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/perezdevargas.es\/es\/blog\/comunicado-informativo-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Comunicado informativo COVID-19"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les informamos que seguimos presentado prestando nuestros servicios de asesoramiento jur\u00eddico con la m\u00e1xima calidad e intensidad, habiendo adoptado todas las medidas necesarias para preservar la salud de nuestro equipo y la de nuestros clientes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les rogamos que las comunicaciones con nuestro despacho se efect\u00faen telef\u00f3nicamente y\/o v\u00eda correo electr\u00f3nico, estando a su disposici\u00f3n para celebrar las reuniones que sean precisas mediante sistemas de videoconferencia o multiconferencia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les recordamos que los tel\u00e9fonos de atenci\u00f3n al cliente en nuestras Oficinas de Estepona y Marbella, as\u00ed como los correos electr\u00f3nicos de todos los integrantes de nuestro equipo se mantienen, encontr\u00e1ndose a su disposici\u00f3n en la p\u00e1gina web.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A efectos informativos, el <a href=\"https:\/\/perezdevargas.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/BOE-A-2020-3692.pdf\"><strong>Real Decreto 463\/2020, de 14 de marzo<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong> por el que se declara el Estado de Alarma, siendo conveniente destacar, en el \u00e1mbito administrativo y judicial, lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Suspensi\u00f3n de todos los plazos procesales durante la vigencia del Estado de Alarma, esto es, hasta que pierda vigencia el Decreto o las hipot\u00e9ticas pr\u00f3rrogas del mismo. La referida suspensi\u00f3n resulta aplicable a todos los \u00f3rdenes jurisdiccionales, exceptuando la jurisdicci\u00f3n penal en <em>\u201clos procedimientos de habeas corpus, a las actuaciones encomendadas a los servicios de guardia, a las actuaciones con detenido, a las \u00f3rdenes de protecci\u00f3n, a las actuaciones urgentes en materia de vigilancia penitenciaria y a cualquier medida cautelar en materia de violencia sobre la mujer o menores. Asimismo, en fase de instrucci\u00f3n, el juez o tribunal competente podr\u00e1 acordar la pr\u00e1ctica de aquellas actuaciones que, por su car\u00e1cter urgente, sean inaplazables.\u201d<\/em> En relaci\u00f3n al resto de \u00f3rdenes jurisdiccionales, las escasas excepciones se encuentran numeradas en la Disposici\u00f3n Adicional Segunda, apartado 3, del Decreto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Suspensi\u00f3n de todos los plazos administrativos en la relaci\u00f3n del ciudadano con las Administraciones P\u00fablicas. El c\u00f3mputo de los plazos se reanudar\u00e1 una vez se levante el estado de alarma, todo ello de acuerdo con la Disposici\u00f3n Adicional Tercera del Decreto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Suspensi\u00f3n de los plazos de prescripci\u00f3n y caducidad de cualesquiera acciones y derechos (Disposici\u00f3n Adicional Cuarta).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En el \u00e1mbito judicial, las anteriores medidas han sido completadas con el <a href=\"https:\/\/perezdevargas.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/ACUERDO-11-1-CP-14032020-2.pdf\"><strong>Acuerdo de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente del Consejo General del Poder Judicial<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong> en sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria de 14 de marzo de 2020, para la suspensi\u00f3n en todo el territorio nacional de las actuaciones judiciales programadas y de los plazos procesales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, trasladarles nuestro \u00e1nimo de ser productivos y previsores durante este per\u00edodo transitorio, adelantando todo el trabajo que
