de Ley reguladora de los contratos de cr\u00e9dito inmobiliario."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Consejo de Ministros, en su sesi\u00f3n de 3 de noviembre de 2017, acord\u00f3 remitir a las Cortes el <strong>Proyecto de Ley de cr\u00e9dito inmobiliario<\/strong> y la Mesa del Congreso de los Diputados, en su reuni\u00f3n del d\u00eda 17 de noviembre de 2017, ha iniciado la tramitaci\u00f3n del referido Proyecto de Ley.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De esta forma, se inician los tr\u00e1mites parlamentarios para la trasposici\u00f3n de la Directiva UE 2014\/17, sobre contratos de cr\u00e9dito celebrados con consumidores para bienes inmuebles de uso residencial.<\/p>\n<p>Estimamos que en un plazo de cuatro a seis meses, est\u00e1 prevista la aprobaci\u00f3n por las Cortes de una nueva Ley reguladora de los contratos de cr\u00e9dito inmobiliario.<\/p>\n<p>Con respecto a las novedades m\u00e1s significativas incluidas dicho texto, encontramos las siguientes :<\/p>\n<p>Se abaratan las comisiones de amortizaci\u00f3n anticipada de los pr\u00e9stamos a tipo variable, hasta anularse a partir de cinco a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Las comisiones por conversi\u00f3n de tipo variable a fijo se suprimen a partir del tercer a\u00f1o y se rebajan los gastos de Notar\u00eda y Registro.<\/p>\n<p>El prestatario recibir\u00e1 asesoramiento gratuito del Notario sobre el contenido del contrato durante los siete d\u00edas previos a la firma.<\/p>\n<p>Se amplia a nueve impagos o al 2% del capital el requisito para que la entidad financiera pueda iniciar la ejecuci\u00f3n del
