NOUVEAU PLAN DIRECTEUR DE MARBELLA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nous soulignons que le choix de la Mairie de Marbella pour traiter la nouvelle planification g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, en termes de proc\u00e9dure, de comp\u00e9tence et de contenu, selon l<strong>es dispositions de l&rsquo;actuelle Loi 7\/2021 (LISTA)<\/strong>, a \u00e9t\u00e9 une sage d\u00e9cision, pour les raisons que nous avons expos\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le document PGOM, dont le Conseil municipal pl\u00e9nier a pris connaissance le 19 septembre 2022, afin de demander les rapports sectoriels avant son approbation initiale, <strong>refl\u00e8te fid\u00e8lement les crit\u00e8res de l&rsquo;actuelle loi 7\/2021 (LISTA), notamment en ce qui concerne la simplification et la flexibilit\u00e9 de son contenu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes en pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;une <strong>planification g\u00e9n\u00e9rale in\u00e9dite<\/strong>, qui ne ressemble en rien \u00e0 celle que nous connaissons, \u00e9labor\u00e9e selon les param\u00e8tres du TR de 1992 (l\u00e9gislation \u00e9tatique) ou de la LOUA (l\u00e9gislation autonome).<\/p>\n<p>Il faut souligner la valeur du <strong>PGOU de 1986<\/strong> qui, avec ses limites, reste en vigueur, couvrant les actions en cours, ou, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, en ex\u00e9cution de la planification g\u00e9n\u00e9rale susmentionn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, <strong>l&rsquo;approbation d\u00e9finitive<\/strong> des deux figures de planification g\u00e9n\u00e9rale PGOM et POU entra\u00eenera le remplacement de l&rsquo;actuel PGOU de 1986, et de cette mani\u00e8re, nous disposerons d&rsquo;un cadre de planification urbaine, contenant un plan strat\u00e9gique pour l&rsquo;avenir de la municipalit\u00e9 de
