Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Morente Monte, directeur de l&rsquo;urbanisme et du logement \u00e0 la mairie de Marbella, et M. Ignacio P\u00e9rez de Vargas L\u00f3pez. La conf\u00e9rence a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9e par la mairesse de Marbella, Mme Angeles Mu\u00f1oz, et par le pr\u00e9sident du CIT Marbella, M.
