{"id":62453,"date":"2023-11-10T11:59:53","date_gmt":"2023-11-10T11:59:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/perezdevargas.es\/?p=62453"},"modified":"2023-11-10T11:59:53","modified_gmt":"2023-11-10T11:59:53","slug":"la-cour-constitutionnelle-confirme-limpot-sur-les-tres-riches","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/perezdevargas.es\/fr\/blog\/la-cour-constitutionnelle-confirme-limpot-sur-les-tres-riches\/","title":{"rendered":"La Cour constitutionnelle confirme l&rsquo;imp\u00f4t sur les tr\u00e8s riches"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re du Tribunal constitutionnel, dans un arr\u00eat dont la juge Mar\u00eda Luisa Balaguer Callej\u00f3n \u00e9tait le rapporteur, a rejet\u00e9 le recours en inconstitutionnalit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par le Conseil de gouvernement de la Communaut\u00e9 de Madrid contre l&rsquo;imp\u00f4t temporaire de solidarit\u00e9 sur les grandes fortunes cr\u00e9\u00e9 par la loi 38\/2022, du 27 d\u00e9cembre (art. 3).<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;a annonc\u00e9 la note d&rsquo;information n\u00b0 92\/2023 du service de presse du Tribunal constitutionnel, publi\u00e9e le mardi 7 novembre.<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 cet arr\u00eat, il reste \u00e0 attendre que la Cour constitutionnelle se prononce sur les trois autres recours en inconstitutionnalit\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9s par les gouvernements des Communaut\u00e9s autonomes d&rsquo;Andalousie, de Galice et de la R\u00e9gion de Murcie. Toutefois, la Cour nous a d\u00e9j\u00e0 indiqu\u00e9 dans la note d&rsquo;information susmentionn\u00e9e que \u00ab\u00a0la proc\u00e9dure devra \u00eatre r\u00e9solue en appliquant la doctrine \u00e9tablie en ce qui concerne le recours du Conseil de gouvernement de la Communaut\u00e9 de
